Proof Checking

The following checklist should assist you when you proof your job.

• Is it the correct size?
• There has been no font substitution during the file processing.
• Spelling of  names, street names, phone numbers and email etc
• Check that all technical information is correct.
• Have photographs been placed correctly?
• Check the layout of the page.
• Check the colour of your digital proof and if you have any concerns please let us know. Your printed job may vary slightly in colour to the digital proof.
• Please read all text for any mistakes.
• Highlight your corrections so they are clearly visibly.

We cannot take responsibility for mistakes once you have approved your proof as being correct and “O.K” to proceed.
