Proof Checking
The following checklist should assist you when you proof your job.
- Is it the correct size?
- There has been no font substitution during the file processing.
- Spelling of names, street names, phone numbers and email etc
- Check that all technical information is correct.
- Have photographs been placed correctly?
- Check the layout of the page.
- Check the colour of your digital proof and if you have any concerns please let us know. Your printed job may vary slightly in colour to the digital proof.
- Please read all text for any mistakes.
- Highlight your corrections so they are clearly visibly.
We cannot take responsibility for mistakes once you have approved your proof as being correct and “O.K” to proceed.
